A U.K. survey indicates that 100% of foodservice businesses would choose to work with a procurement partner that helps them identify sustainable products compared with those who don’t – proving that sustainable buying is now firmly set as a key priority.

The survey, conducted by digital procurement specialists, Acquire Services and leading sustainable publishers, Footprint, exposes the hospitality industry’s view on both sustainable and digital procurement.

The survey also found that using sustainable products was important to the majority of businesses (60%) and that 40% of businesses believe that it is also very important to their customers.
