This month, we take you to New England for an update on our press trip to Maine and Massachusetts, a collaboration with Food Export-Northeast. Over five days, eight UK and EU journalists met with 14 operations to gain insights into sustainable agriculture and food production, from lobster and beer to cranberries and buckwheat. Innovation, collaboration and the importance of the local were key themes throughout.
