SUMMARY: A preliminary study highlighting the soil health and crop nutrient benefits of regenerative farming
DESCRIPTION: New research shows that crops grown using regenerative agriculture practices, such as no-till, cover crops, and diverse rotations, have a healthier nutritional profile than their conventionally grown equivalents. The preliminary experiment led by the University of Washington compared crops from ten farms following soil-friendly practices for at least five years with those from neighbouring conventional farms.
