A new publication from The Council for Agricultural Science and Technology and the Agricultural & Applied Economics Association highlights the economic impacts of Covid-19 on agri-food (food and agricultural markets). Intended to “provide some understanding of the shocks to our food system,” the publication features essays from 31 academics and subject matter experts on topics ranging from changing consumer food attitudes to food buying patterns in a recession. Its ultimate aim: to offer “some guidance for positive actions that might address the challenges as we move forward.”
